Online Registration
To register you will be required to provide certain information including personal details and your delivery address. This information is protected in terms of our privacy policy. You will be required to provide an email address and a password. You will be required to enter your email address and password each time you visit our online shopping site. Please keep your password private. RoofWhirlys4Africa (a Division of Klips n Things CC) accepts no liability for any damages suffered or losses incurred from the use or misuse of your password.
Product Sales and Availability
All products on our website are subject to availability. All prices shown on our website are quoted in South African Rands. We reserve the right to discontinue or change the specifications of our products and services from time to time without notice. We will inform you as soon as possible if any products or services ordered by you are not available or if there is a material error in the description of our goods or their prices on our website. Placing goods in a wish list or shopping basket is not regarded as an order or a purchase.
Colours
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on our website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on the device that you use to access our website, we cannot guarantee that your device will display the colour accurately.
Pricing Policy
Our prices exclude taxes (e.g. VAT in South Africa). When you come to conclude the sale the appropriate taxes will be added. Special promotions may be subject to certain conditions, including stock availability and limited offer stipulations.
A delivery fee will be charged for all orders exported out of South Africa. The website will stipulate the criteria for free delivery in South Africa – this may be amended from time to time.
Delivery
RoofWhirlys4Africa (a Division of Klips n Things CC) dispatches orders from Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. till 5 p.m. RoofWhirlys4Africa (a Division of Klips n Things CC) does not dispatch on public holidays. Orders are normally delivered in three to ten working days in South Africa. If the delivery will be outside this timeframe we will contact you to discuss. Please contact us regarding delivery timeframe and details for exports to other countries.
We have outsourced most delivery and collection arrangements. When your order is delivered it will include our delivery note showing the goods, the shipping fees, applicable taxes (e.g. VAT), the amount debited from your payment card and the delivery instructions. The courier will ask the person who receives the order to provide their name and signature. Any person other than yourself who signs for receipt of your order at your delivery address is presumed to be authorised to accept delivery on your behalf. Our liability for failing to deliver the products timeously is limited to delivery being effected at a later agreed time at no additional charge. We cannot, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for any damage suffered or loss incurred by reason of any acts or omissions of the deliverer, its directors, employees, sub-contractors, agents, representatives and/or affiliates.
Returns & Refunds
If you are for any reason dissatisfied with an item purchased from our website you may return it to RoofWhirlys4Africa (a Division of Klips n Things CC) for a full refund, replacement or exchange in terms of our returns and refund policy.
Cancellation
Prior to delivery or your collection of the Goods, you may cancel an order at any time provided you do so before receiving a dispatch or delivery notice. After delivery or your collection of the Goods, you may cancel the Sale only in accordance with our returns and refund policy.
If you would like to cancel an order this may be done by contacting us (see below for contact details). We reserve the right to debit your payment card for the delivery fees in respect of any late cancellations. If you cancel your payment for any reason or if your payment card should cease to be valid for whatever reason, you will nevertheless be bound to pay to the full purchase price, including all costs incurred by us relating to the recovery thereof. Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies in law, we reserve the right to cancel forthwith any sale and/or your registration in the event of your breach any of these Terms.
Risk and Ownership
Risk in the products shall pass to you or your authorized representative on delivery. We will retain ownership in the products until payment has been received in full.
