Goods damaged in transit and/or defective
In the unlikely event the goods you ordered from us were damaged in transit or are defective in any way please refer to our damaged / defective goods on receipt policy or our comprehensive 5 year warranty details.
Returns
You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
- your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it;
- your item must be in the original packaging;
- your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will check it and immediately notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit in line with the timeframe of your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You are responsible for shipping the goods back to us at your cost. Your refund will include any shipping costs invoiced to you at point of sale.
